Shipping policy
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time
All stated delivery times are based on data from previous orders. They are approximate and for reference only.
Processing time
Processing time begins on the day you place your order. We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note:
- Delivery times are affected by public holidays, as manufacturers and courier services operate on a restricted basis. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each public holiday.
- Incorrect address details and similar problems can delay delivery.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Paste that number into the Track your order page on our site to see the latest scan.

Taxes and duties
Any import duties or taxes on your parcel are covered by us. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Carrier
Final-mile delivery within the US is handled by USPS or a comparable carrier.
Changing your address
We cannot change the delivery address once the order has shipped. If you need to change it, contact us at support@merribrookco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order ships, we accept cancellations at any time. If the order has already shipped, our Refund policy applies.
Unexpected delays
Delivery can take longer than the standard times stated here. If your parcel is taking too long and is outside the stated delivery window, contact us and we will help resolve whatever we can.
Parcels damaged in transit
If you find that a parcel has been damaged in transit, refuse it from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, contact customer service to find out how to proceed.
